Read "The Counting Story" and create a big Counting Book for the class using chart paper. Students can dictate the sentences or write them themselves. Each student can illustrate one page or students can work in teams.

and then complete ready made corresponding worksheets offline to demonstrate
their mastery of counting and recording numbers 1-5. This site
